DELHI JOINS NATIONAL E VIDHAN APPLICATION
- Delhi’s Transition to Digital Governance: On March 22, 2025, the Delhi Legislative Assembly signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs (MoPA), Government of India, and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD).
- It’s aim is to implement the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA).
- Delhi Becomes the 28th Legislature: With this MoU, Delhi becomes the 28th state/UT legislature to join the NeVA initiative, marking a milestone in the digital transformation of India’s legislative institutions.
